Moulton are back in league action on Saturday (8th Nov) when they travel over to Bugbrooke St.Michaels, with an earlier kick-off of 2:00 pm.
Prior to our home 1-0 win against them back in September, they were languishing in 19th spot with 4 pts from their 10 games (1 win; 1 draw; 8 defeats). Since then the only slight improvement was a 0-0 draw at home to Coventry United in October, with the rest of their games seeing defeats. They have now dropped to the bottom of the league with 5 pts from their 16 games (1 win; 2 draws; 13 defeats). Their only win came v GNG Oadby Town 2-1 (H), their other draw v Leicester Nirvana 1-1 (H). Their defeats since our last game have been v Atherstone Town (H) 0-2; Sileby (A) 1-3; Aylestone Park (A) 1-3; Eynesbury Rovers (H) 0-1. They also exited the FA Vase at home v Atherstone Town 1-2 and the UCL KO Cup away v Eastwood 0-1.
In addition to the above, Scott Carlin left the club as Team Manager 10 days after our match with Calvin Green taking over on the management side.
Saturdays referee is scheduled as James Strumidlo, another name to add to the first time list of officiating a Moulton match.
