Moulton welcomed ON Chenecks to Brunting Road for the last league game for both sides. Matty Long was elected captain for the game as he announced his decision to ‘Hang up his boots’ at the end of the season.
Moulton were 1st on the scoreboard after 18 mins, Falcini slotting home and they saw their lead increased 2 minutes later, Hall converting a penalty after a foul on the right of the penalty area. Then it all changed for Moulton on 32 mins when Andy Hall was shown a red card by the young referee for a comment he made. This gave Chenecks a chance to get back into the game and they reduced the deficit just before halftime to make it 2-1.

The second half saw Chenecks with the majority of the ball although Moulton did have a few chances, the clearest after 5mins of the half when Falcini cut in from the left and passed to Long in the 6yrd box, who hit it over the bar. Chenecks one man advantage did show when they scored a further 3 goals on 53,62 and 73 to put the match out of reach for 10 men Moulton.
