Moulton Ressies faced the team top of the league for the second time in 4 days, having taken 3 points off Harborough in the last match, Moulton hoped to take that momentum into this match away at ON Chenecks.

The game was very stop start, with the ref blowing his whistle more times than passes in the opening period. Both teams were avoiding the bobbles on the pitch by floating the ball into local airspace and bypassing the midfield. The deadlock was broken in the 30th after a very soft free kick was crossed to the back post for an easy header. Moulton rallied well, having half chances from a free kick and a corner, which put ON's under pressure.

The second half started in similar manner, with the game being very stop start. In the 60th minute, ON got there important 2nd as a poor clearance led to Moulton being wrong footed in defence allowing the striker an easy finish. In the 65th, the game was effectively over as a penalty was given against Moulton and it was dispatched well to make it 3-0. 3 became 4 in the 80th, as a mix up in the Moulton defence allowed the ON's striker an easy finish.
